Cookies, in general are used to make several features of the browser available for use, also for efficient use of the browser. It provides information to the owner of the website. Graviton International website is capable of sending its own cookie to the browser if unless the preferences are permissible. The Graviton International cookies do not gather personal information about the user.Users have the options to allow the cookies and to send notifications when the cookies are issued. If for certain reasons the cookies are not activated, certain personalized and advanced features of the website cannot be used. Every browser works on a different base, has its own features and options to make. The “Help” menu in the browser will provide the basics to make the preferences accordingly.

Kindly verify that the registrations have been done, either for live or on-demand. A confirmation mail will be sent to you as an acknowledgement from Graviton International. If you do not receive the confirmation mail, check your junk mailbox or contact us through info@gravitonevents.org

Due to unexpected reasons, the program (or) agenda (or) venue (or) date for the program could be changed from the place (or) date already decided. Graviton International (or) The Organiser has all the rights to change the venues, dates, agenda, program, 2 days event into 1 day event and its speakers when necessary. All changes will be updated in our website and through email. It is participants responsibility to visit our website for any updates.

The cancellation fees will be collected as follows for any event participation cancellation by Event Sponsor / Exhibitor due to any reasons. A written notice with a valid reason should be given for all cancellations.

• 9 months before the event – 100% of booking total as cancellation fee
• 12 months before the event – 75% of booking total as cancellation fee
• 15 months or longer before the event – 50% of booking total as cancellation fee

The conference fee is non-refundable. We can least assure you that upon cancellation of your registration, another person within your organization can avail the registration made by you at no charge.

For more than one change, an administrative fee of £100 + VAT will be charged.

Graviton International are not liable for events outside our reasonable control and no refunds will be applicable. Any act or situation which is beyond our reasonable control is known as a “Force Majeure Event“. In such a circumstance, we are not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of our obligations or contracts under the General Terms. Any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our control includes (but is not limited to):

1. strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
2. civil commotion, riot, invasion, cyber-attack, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
3. fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, disease outbreak, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster;
4. impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
5. interruption or failure of utility services (including the inability to use public or private telecommunications networks); and
6. the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Please ensure that the selection of content to be presented at the Graviton International and conferences, conference speakers or companies embodied at the event do not represent support for any platform, technology, intellectual property (IP) by Graviton International.

All our Speakers / Presenters who agree to participate in our event should submit the presentations in both PDF/ Power Point files on or before the specified date to check the compatibility in our systems and all the Presentations will be made available to the participants through secured login access. Patents Pending or Sensitive Information in the presentation should be removed by Speakers/ Presenters before submission. Graviton does not hold any responsibility on the content. Any Special Request by the Speaker/ Presenter should be discussed and approved at least 3 months before the event.

Graviton and its subsidiaries (We) are Global Marketers & Platform Providers for Knowledge Sharing, Business Networking and Brand Promotion. We can only anticipate the number of audience attending the event. Graviton and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any cancellations by attendees and decrease in event attendance due to any reason than the anticipated numbers given and no refunds of delegate or exhibitor or Sponsor fees can be offered under these conditions.

All Invoices raised should be paid in full before due date. If not paid after due date and reminders, will be transferred to the Debt Collection Department to collect the dues. Invoice Cancellation fee after the due date will be 150% + Debt Collection fees.Payment has to be made aforementioned dates from the event. Emissaries who have not made the payment will be asked to provide a credit card guarantee for reference at the registration desk.Payments received beyond our agreed credit terms will be subject to an interest charge of 8% above the bank rate on the entire amount including any VAT, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1198. We also reserve the right to charge an additional fixed amount of £50 to cover our administration costs.Worldpay or PayPal payment gateways are used for all the credit card orders. The transaction is encrypted with a 128 bit encryption. It is decrypted only when the notification is received on the computer. They are not used as clear text on any website. VAT will be included for all payments at the prevailing rate. 

Your details will be saved in our database for contacting you about the future events and promotions. We might also have to share your details with our sponsors for events purposes. If you do not wish to have your name in the database, please notify your issue to the Database Department (info@gravitonevents.org). They will ensure you that your details have been removed after you attend an event as a delegate.For further information, kindly read the Privacy Policy.

Any sort of recording the sessions such as video recording, audio taping and photography is strictly prohibited. Copies and photographs of the slides presented cannot be taken without a written permission from the presenter. Violators will lose their badges if found infracting this rule.

I grant permission to Graviton International and its agents or employees to use photographs and/or video and audio taken of me at the event. These images may be used in educational and documentary materials both printed and online. Furthermore, I authorize the use of my image, likeness, and voice for all program promotion, materials, and any other purposes in connection with the program deemed appropriate and necessary by Graviton. I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Graviton International and its agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on Web sites, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs/video, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.

I, as a conference participant, agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking such participation in Graviton International events and activities of my own free will. I hereby assume all risks of personal injury and/or other loss or damage arising out of or in any way associated with my participation in this event. I release to the fullest extent permitted by law, Graviton International and any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives, successors, assigns, and all others acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death or liability for injuries or damages of any kind resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation in any event organized by Graviton. Graviton is not responsible for travel disruptions due to fire, flood, volcano, acts of God or terrorism which may affect travel to/from a Graviton International event and no refunds of delegate or exhibitor fees can be offered under these conditions. I also agree to hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending such claims directly or indirectly resulting from, or in any way arising out of or related to my participation in a Graviton International events and conferences. I acknowledge that my participation in this event is expressly conditioned on my agreeing to the foregoing.
